Tradewinds Services, Inc, located in Merrillville, has a full-time position for an Investigator & Qualify Compliance Lead in our Human Resources department. Hours vary.

The Investigator and Quality Compliance Lead is responsible for conducting investigations for the agency in compliance with all relevant regulations, including designating and leading an appropriate team comprised of staff and participants.  This position will also be responsible for keeping abreast of State regulations, reviewing and revising policies and procedures, designing and tracking training, reviewing and preparing crisis reports, conducting data-driven review meetings, and assisting with preparing the agency for CARF and BQIS surveys.

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or other relevant fields
Experience and Technical Skills: Experience leading teams; Computer experience; Experience social service setting preferred
