Our very first step is to schedule a complimentary in home consultation with an experienced remodeling specialist who understands style, respects budgets, and knows how to navigate the remodeling process. Our first meeting is complimentary it helps us understand your goals and the characteristics of your space. During this meeting, we’ll share our experiences with current design trends, material selections and important project considerations like budgeting and construction planning. 

During the design phase, we utilize the measurements from our original meeting and begin sketching the best possible design for your space. We will put together a budget and a design for your review. Depending on the project this may include a combination of plans and 3D drawings where applicable. We’ll begin selecting materials for your space.

It’s time to make your vision come to life. Our trained and friendly craftsman are pre-scheduled at your home so that you are aware of when your project will begin and be completed. The craftsman will protect, verify the materials and review the scope of the project with you. Upon completion the craftsman will walk through with you to be sure that every detail is up to your expectations. We will then issue you a written warranty on the completed work. 

When work is complete we issue you a one year written warranty. We have a CSO Promise (Customer Service Opportunity Promise) – Service Doctor Promises to help our clients with any of your remodeling needs long after your warranty ends.
